Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or Public Holidays.
Once processed & dispatched from our store, your orders' progress will be updated to include a tracking number.
We endeavour to have all Orders dispatched within 48 hours of the time of order, however at times there may be delays, eg. during busy periods (including sales) & Holidays.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days from dispatch, please contact our store via email at [email protected] or call 02 6024 3423 between 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday AEST so that we can assist you.
Please note: if you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.

NSW, VIC, and QLD: Within 7 working days from receipt of order to Australian metro areas, 7-10 working days to country areas and up to 12 working days to rural areas.
NT, WA, and SA: Within 10 working days from receipt of order to Australian metro areas and up to 15 working days to country and rural areas.

We do our best to keep postage costs minimal & to have your order processed & parcel posted as soon as possible.
Authority to Leave -
If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required.
One Plus One Fashion cannot be held liable for any specific delivery instruction left for the carrier.
Delivery Process -
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order.
You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made by the courier, they will leave a calling card for you.
You have the option to sign this giving authorisation for your order to be left unattended if you are not home at the next delivery attempt.
If you select to have your order delivered without a signature, you will need to provide instructions at checkout of the secure location where your parcel can be left. Risk and title in the goods pass to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address.
Tracking your Order -
Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
You can also track the status of your order with Australia Post.
In-store Parcel Pickup - this is a free service.
- When you're ready, Proceed to the Checkout.
- If you have not completed your login, please do this Now
- In the Delivery Section, Select to Pickup instore.
- Press the Continue button to complete your payment.
- You will be notified by email when your order is ready (allowing for Weekends & Public Holidays)
- Items must be paid for Completely at Checkout
- You will be notified when your Order is ready for Collection.
- Please bring your Order Confirmation with you when collecting in-store.

Lost or Damaged Goods
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. One Plus One is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.
